Table was a little bit sticky. Service was slow, with one person handling all the table, as well as cash register, duties at lunchtime. Front-of-house score does not take restroom condition into account, as it was not used during this visit. There were grumblings from customers in the dining area about it at the time, though.
Chicken was tender, but not Chinese-cornstarch soft. The peppers weren't added to the chicken during the cooking process, which made it easy to modulate heat to individual preference. Not overwhelmingly salty, which is definitely a good thing for both the taste buds and heart. Having the white rice around also helped to cut the saltiness.
