The line was short, and service was fairly quick, because the burgers were not made-to-order (they were already pre-made and packaged).
The SPOT burger was cooked unevenly. A small part of the burger patty was medium rare, while the remainder was cooked medium with a good outer crust. The ingredient list may have skewed to the tart side, and overall it was slightly tart, but not overwhelmingly so. The bun had nice texture and color, mostly soft, but didn't fall apart while eating the burger.
The Rodeo burger seemed to be the better-executed burger of the two. It may have been a little too spicy if there was too much jalapeño pepper in one particular bite, but it was otherwise fairly well balanced. Its patty was cooked a much more even medium as well.
