More detailed information regarding the photo, usually the location from which the photo was shot when taken outside of the restaurant.
Expanded description (optional)
More detailed information regarding the dish, usually from the restaurant menu.
Name of the restaurant, as well as the address: number, street, city, state, ZIP code, and country.
The date the restaurant was visited and the photo of the dish was taken.
- Overall score: a rating on a scale from 0 to 10 of the overall impression of the visit. Although it can happen, it's unlikely that it will just be the average of the BOH/food and FOH/service scores.
- BOH (back-of-house)/food score: a rating on a scale from 0 to 10 of the impression of the restaurant beyond the dining area. BOH stands for back-of-house. This score is a measure of the kitchen staff's success in producing the dish.
- FOH (front-of-house)/service score: a rating on a scale from 0 to 10 of the impression of the restaurant from the dining area, excluding the preparation of the dish.
Observations from the visit. May include explanations of the scoring or any of its parts.
